Your Inspiration Kit consists of five different exercises reflecting different types of learning and sensibilities to help you discover ideas spark your heart and then light your brain on fire.
Different ideas will come; You'll know when it's the one you MUST write. Some will work for you more than others, but all insight into your writing process is useful.
With your notebook handy, engage with at least three.
Allow breaks between exercises. If you find yourself feeling blocked or blank, walk away, move your body, sit outside and then return and try something new.
Allow 45 minutes minimum for each exercise.
Be willing and ready to go longer when you get into flow.
