This one includes a shower.

10 Minute Timer. On a piece on paper write out the letters of the alphabet. Then as many times as you can in 10 minutes, write a Proper or improper noun starting with each letter of the alphabet. Go through the alphabet as many times as you can.

Hop in the shower. Go about your normal showering and see what ideas visit you. 

​

After your shower. Get dressed and sit outside. Write down any thoughts or story ideas you now have swimming around in your head.
